By using our website and ordering from us, you are accepting our terms and conditions. Please note that no contract exists between us until we have contacted you about your order in person. All prices are in pounds sterling, retail prices include VAT. We welcome payment by card - Visa, Mastercard, Switch, Maestro or Electron. We regret that we cannot accept American Express cards. Payment will not be taken until the goods are being dispatched, and we will only take payment for goods being dispatched on that day. Unfortunately we cannot accept cheques for retail orders.
We will contact you to confirm stock availability on your order, so please provide a daytime contact number or an email address you will check regularly. It is also possible to make changes to your order at this time.
Retail Delivery
Most goods will be sent on a service that requires a signature. Please specify a delivery address where someone will be available during normal office hours to sign for the parcel. We aim to dispatch your order at least the day after we receive it, if not on that day for orders received in the morning. However at busy times please allow 14 days for delivery. We will send your order on a standard 48 hour service, unless otherwise informed. 24 hour service is available for orders placed before 12.30pm for an extra fee. Carriage Charges
Mainland UK orders are carriage free if you spend over £1000.00. Carriage for orders below this amount will be confirm by phone or e-mail. For all orders this includes insurance should the goods be lost or broken in transit.
Non-mainland UK orders
We will contact you to confirm the cost of carriage charges.
Europe and the rest of the world
Please place your order, and we will contact you to confirm carriage charges.
Furniture Delivery
Standard Service
Either two man delivery service, or some of the furniture will be delivered on a pallet to your address which  will be made Monday to Friday, within normal office hours. Please ensure you will be in when your pallet is due to be delivered as there may be an additional charge for re-delivery. The standard service is delivered in an extra large truck, and the driver is not able to leave it out of sight, so please make sure you are confident there is enough room in your street for him to get to your house.
Please check items for damages before the driver leaves, as it is not possible to claim for damages that have occurred in transit, if they are not pointed out to the driver. Unfortunately the driver can not remove the pallet or wrapping. The standard delivery service costs £64.95 + VAT for UK mainland orders, We will be able to dispatch the goods from our warehouse within a few days of receiving the order, dependant upon stock levels.
For all furniture orders, please supply a daytime contact phone number as we need to speak to you to arrange delivery.
For all other destinations we will contact you with a quotation for delivery. We ship worldwide, so please feel free to place orders wherever you are, and we will give you a call with a quotation for delivery.
Returns
Please notify us of any breakages, and we will send a replacement. Unwanted items may be returned in their original packaging, in perfect saleable condition, for a full refund. We regret that postage costs cannot be refunded unless goods are being returned due to an error on our part. This applies to both outbound and return postage.
Descriptions and Care of Goods
We have taken every care to ensure that pictures and descriptions are representative, but please be aware that most products are hand made and minor variations are inevitable.
Privacy Statement
When you place an order, we require your name, address, telephone number, email address and card number, expiry date, start date and issue number, if applicable. Once your order has been completed we will delete your payment details, but the rest of the information will be kept so we can inform you of offers and new products from Atlas Interiors . If you do not wish to be kept on our mailing list please CONTACT US. We will not pass your details on to any other companies.
